a. We will be informing Guarantors (if you have any) about any declared COVID-19-related Guest rent payment problems, and presenting them with their own guidance, similar to this document that you are reading now.
b. We also request that, if you have any Guarantors, you also from your side get in touch with them and update them (just as you will be updating us) about your changing financial situation. Discuss with them if and how they might be able to help you.
c. Guarantors will be given enough warning and guidance from RentLondonFlat to make contingency plans to help Guests with rent payments.
