Written evidence of changes to your income

a. If you wish to request rent restructuring as explained above, RentLondonFlat requires official written evidence of this, for example:

i. A formal letter or email from your employer of institution describing the change to your occupational status, role, or income due to COVID-19.

ii. A formal letter or email from a tax accountant/agent noting the change in income due to COVID-19.

b. If such evidence is not provided, it may be difficult to arrange an alternative rent payment schedule for you
