Rent Collection Free - Add On Service

Find A Tenant + Rent Collection Services

When a landlord signs up for both our Find a Tenant and Rent Collection Services, our fees are deducted from the rent payments we receive. The frequency of these deductions varies (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually) based on the agreed-upon terms with the tenants. In most long-term tenancies, rent is paid monthly.


However, alternate payment schedules may apply in specific situations, such as when tenants are not fully referenced, do not have a credit history due to being new to the country, or lack steady employment, like students. In these cases, the rent is usually paid upfront and in full, typically covering 12 months in advance.


While it is less common, the rent payment schedule can be set up for quarterly or half-yearly payments. This schedule can be mutually agreed upon between the tenant and the landlord, and we will discuss and finalize it at the beginning of the tenancy
