a. This remains a wholly undesirable scenario, it is in the best interests of all parties to avoid this, given how unusual and serious the COVID-19 situation is for the whole country. We are stressing this to Owners.
b. We will unfortunately be contractually obligated to comply if an Owner wishes us to serve notice, especially in response to rent arrears, as certain formal steps to follow up on arrears are mandatory to comply with Owners’ Rent Insurance protocols.
