We can arrange to inspect your new property and help find and report any defects to either the property developer or vendor for any remedial works. We can also arrange furniture installations or take delivery for you.

1. Quality Control

It’s always best to hire a professional snagging agent to ensure that you are getting the quality of finish you have paid for in your new property. Working with professional and experienced snagging agents we will arrange to inspect your new property and report any defects or remedial works required, ensuring you get what you paid for and the finish is up to standard.

2. Property Handover

If you are not able to pick up keys in person after you complete your property purchase, we can handle the property Handover for you, whether from an Estate Agent or Property Developer. Many of our Overseas clients engage us for the final handover and property snagging inspection, where we also sign any handover documents on your behalf.

3. APPLIANCE Registration

Our Property Host will also register and advise you of any new appliances and manufacturer guarantees that come with the property. They will also inform you of any HVAC documents and instructions that often come with new build flats today. All documents will be kept at the property for you.

4. Furniture Delivery & Installation

If you have ordered furniture we can also take delivery for you and allow access to the property. Or if you need help with ordering furniture we can also arrange this for you with whether standard furniture packs for rental or more bespoke Interior Design services for personal use.

Owner’s FAQ’s about Handover, Snagging and Furnishing Services

Our standard service includes a monthly on-site property visit for the duration of the contract term you instruct us for. i.e. if you appoint us for 3 months we will visit the property 3 times. If more visits per month are required we can develop a more bespoke and customised service for you. Please contact your Property Host to discuss.

Our Vacant Management Fee includes a monthly property inspection and visit on site to your property. We will advise if there is any change in the property condition and send you a video and photos to update you accordingly. If you have opted for additional services such as Post Management or Cleaning, this will also be carried out at the same time as the monthly visit.

If you select our post management option then our Property Host will also open your post as instructed and send you photos of any post. All post will be left at the property for your next visit accordingly.

Yes, if we notice any property damage or maintenance issues during the routine monthly property inspection we will advise you accordingly in advance. If any maintenance works or repairs are required we will appoint a relevant contractor and advise you of any likely charges that may occur in advance for your approval.

With over £125m of property assets under management we already engage a wide network of professional tradesmen and contractors to regularly visit our managed property portfolio. Our network of Contractors are appointed on the basis of their experience, value for money, and professional qualifications and we regularly update our roster of preferred tradesmen.

Yes we are able to manage larger properties on the same basis and already manage a number of large houses and apartments in London. If your property has 4 or more bedrooms we can arrange a customised service and bespoke pricing as per your requirements.
