Additional Fees are one-off fees paid when we are required to undertake additional work, often with 3rd party suppliers. This includes Tenant Referencing, Inventory Check In and Out, Deposit Protection, and Tenancy preparation or cancellations.

Agency Referral Fees

Up to a Maximum of 12%

Of invoice charged to the Owner.

Zero Deposits
For referring the tenant to Zero Deposit Scheme, we will receive a fee.  Please note that the Owner will have the final decision on whether a property is advertised using this scheme as a benefit for the tenant.

Up to a Maximum of 10% of the cost paid by the Tenant
