Trade Contractors
For the provision of services such as Gas Safety Records, Energy Performance Certificates and Electrical Safety Records.
Up to a Maximum of 12%
Of invoice charged to the Owner.
Zero Deposits
For referring the tenant to Zero Deposit Scheme, we will receive a fee. Please note that the Owner will have the final decision on whether a property is advertised using this scheme as a benefit for the tenant.
