Yes we can, please raise this issue to us via the Guest Help Form, and communicate the request to us in good time ahead of your Move Out Date. This way we can make the appropriate arrangements and agree the costs with you before booking the cleaner. We have a trusted network of professional cleaners to draw from.

Unless agreed otherwise with us for some special reason, the Property should be handed back to us in the same level of cleanliness in which it was provided to you. Usually this is a professional-level clean.

Yes, there is no obligation for a professional cleaner/company to be used, or for any minimum amount to be spent.

Based on our experience, we would highly advise that a cleaning company is used to perform a professional-level clean, but if you feel you can do this yourself, that is fine. The cleaning quality will be checked during the Move Out Inspection.
