Find A Tenant Fees - Core Service

Find A Tenant + Rent Collection Services

Our Service Fees are charged as a percentage of the rent agreed based on the duration of the tenancy agreement created. So for example if the rent agreed is £1,000.00 a month and the tenancy agreement is £12,000.00 then our Find A Tenant Service Fee is 8% plus tax of the £12,000.


This means our Find A Tenant Service Fee is £960.00. We then add local Value Added Tax which depends on the country in which the Service is provided. So for example in the UK VAT is currently 20% and in Thailand 7%. So in the UK the total fee payable will be 9.6% which is £1,152.00 and in Thailand the total fee would be equivalent would be £1,027.20. This is illustrated in the table below.
