Online viewings – easier for you, easier on the environment

Welcome to the Metaverse! For every property, we gather and present as much information as possible online, paying particular attention to 360 Tours and YouTube videos. Objectively, we aim to provide our Guests with over 80% of the information they need in order to decide whether a property is suitable for them or not, before coming to a physical viewing in-person. This saves time, reduces wasted commutes and ultimately, London’s carbon footprint. We also do not target our staff on number of property viewings, and would encourage our industry peers to reduce this environmentally unfriendly practice.

Cyling, public transport, and electric vehicles

As a company we strongly support and encourage our staff to commute only when necessary, and even then to cycle were possible. Certainly public transport is a prime option for all our staff, along with the use of electric vehicles (EVs) and scooters. As an employer we have also invested in the Cycle To Work scheme making this available for all our staff.

Work from Home

As early adopters of remote working pre-pandemic we have already made significant investments in processes and workflows using leading edge cloud technologies and systems like Slack and Zoom. Remote working has been part of our business and culture from the start and we continue to strongly support Work From Home as this reduces needless travel to the office. Staff are office based only when operationally necessary and we’re big fans of Wade Foster’s approach to remote working at Zapier!

Supporting Apprenticeships

In the community we support recruiting and training apprentices and have won employer of the year awards with Hounslow Council and the SPARK charity apprenticeship scheme. We’ve successfully recruited and trained a number of Apprentices who have gone on to gain their ARLA PropertyMark qualifications with us.

Bills and energy saving

We also actively promote and support our Guests in making greener choices with the Energy Saving Trust. As a company we are committed in our philosophy in promoting properties with good Energy Performance Certificate Ratings and assisting our Owners to make upgrades as necessary.

Supporting Charities

Finally, we also provide annual support to multiple charities connected to either Housing or Children’s charities who provide housing for vulnerable and under-privileged families or victims of natural disasters. We strongly believe in the ethos of giving back to those who genuinely need help the most.
