As such we are also a fully licensed UK Letting Agency and members of a number of Regulatory Bodies. Providing our clients with the assurance that we operate under a strict regulatory framework and code of conduct. Both Landlords and Tenants can rest assured their rent is protected in separate Client Monies Accounts.

The future of renting in London

We remain positive on London post-covid and believe people will return to the Capital, once international travel resumes and lockdown restrictions ease. The legacy of covid will mark 2020-2021 as a turning point, that accelerated more businesses online and further reduced the number of services operating from the high street as a point of sale. This will lead to a surge of new online entrants as the rental market dis-intermediate’s further and competition increases. In combination with increasing legislation, industry margins will reduce. In this environment the key critical success factors will be brand presence and positioning, automation and artificial intelligence. We believe we are well placed in this regard to face the challenges ahead and maintain our Compound Annual Growth Rate of 20%+
